Rowan is hiring a Studio Sales Associate for its Menlo Park studio. The role supports customers with ear piercings and jewelry shopping, provides product and aftercare information, processes sales and returns, maintains studio cleanliness and inventory, and collaborates with studio managers and nurse piercers. Candidates need flexible weekend, night, and holiday availability, strong customer service and communication skills, basic math ability, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for an eight-hour shift. Compensation is $16–$19 per hour plus commission, with 401(k) and Roth IRA plans, employee discounts, and other benefits.
