Rowan is hiring a Studio Sales Associate for its Tribune Tower studio location. The role provides customer service and product recommendations for ear piercings and jewelry, supports the studio manager and piercers, maintains cleanliness and safety, processes transactions, manages inventory, and records customer information. Candidates should be available for weekends, Mondays, Thursdays, and flexible coverage throughout the week, with the ability to work nights and holidays. The position pays $16–$19 per hour plus commission and includes 401(k) and Roth IRA plans, employee discounts, an EAP, and a referral bonus.
