Rowan is hiring a Studio Sales Associate for its Haywood Mall studio location. The role supports customers with ear piercings and jewelry selection, provides product recommendations, processes sales and returns, maintains studio cleanliness and inventory, and collaborates with the Studio Manager and Studio Nurse Piercers. Candidates should be available on weekends, nights, and holidays, with retail or service experience preferred. Compensation is $16–$19 per hour plus commission, with 401(k) and Roth IRA plans, employee discounts, and other benefits.
