FirstCash Holdings is hiring a Retail Store Management Trainee to support store operations and partner with the Store Manager in developing employees, recruiting talent, managing customer relations, overseeing inventory and loan processes, analyzing financial statements, and protecting assets. The role requires at least six months of store management experience, cash-handling experience, POS and computer skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Compensation is $15.25 to $19.00 per hour plus commission and bonuses, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits available.
