Description
The Retail Store Manager will work with the District Manager and store team to ensure compliance with customer service, operating, legislative, and human resources policies; lead the store toward operational efficiency, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction; source, hire, train, and develop store staff; manage performance, scheduling, labour, and store operations; and prepare daily deposits. The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, people-supervision, retail, customer-service, business-management, POS, and cash-handling experience, along with the ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
