Cotopaxi is hiring a mid-level, full-time Retail Store Manager for its Bridgeport Village store in Tigard, Oregon. The role leads store operations, coaching and development, budgeting and P&L ownership, inventory and merchandising, hiring and scheduling, community events, and local business development. Candidates should have at least two years of experience managing a team of 10 or more in a retail environment, strong leadership and data-informed decision-making skills, and the ability to work varying hours. Compensation is $65,000–$70,000 plus bonus potential, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, DCSA, retirement, and other benefits.
