Hammer Made is hiring a full-time Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations at its Fashion Square Mall location in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role manages store staff, inventory, budgets, sales performance, visual merchandising, cash handling, loss prevention, customer service, and staffing, while requiring retail management experience, fashion and men’s apparel knowledge, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems. The position offers a $55,000–$70,000 annual salary range, monthly bonus and commission opportunities, medical, dental, and vision insurance, supplemental insurance, a clothing discount and allowance, and 15 days of paid time off.
