Inkoop is hiring a retail store manager to support daily store operations, monitor business and economic key figures, optimize sales areas and product ranges, organize promotional activities, and lead and schedule staff. The role requires retail training, business-minded and analytical skills, organizational ability, transparent communication, empathetic leadership, and independent decision-making; a training qualification and non-prescription medicines certificate are preferred. The position is available full-time or part-time at the store on Oldenburger Straße 74 in Delmenhorst.
