Ollie’s is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead the successful operation of an entire store. The role oversees sales and profit goals, payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, merchandising, seasonal transitions, inventory, security, and company standards. The manager also coaches, trains, evaluates, supervises, and schedules store associates, while maintaining exceptional customer and associate service experiences. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of retail management experience with a mid- to large-size retailer, schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, and a valid driver’s license.
