Description
The Retail Store Manager will lead daily showroom operations in St. Paul, Minnesota, including staffing, scheduling, performance management, budgeting, sales tracking, expense control, hiring and coaching store and warehouse staff, inventory and merchandising, customer relationships, marketing campaigns, store security and compliance, and management meetings. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–3+ years of retail management experience, leadership and customer-service skills, experience with budgeting, pricing, and vendor management, and familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and ERP tools.
