Description
Saatva is hiring a retail sales manager to oversee and develop a team of 10 or more sales and customer satisfaction representatives, coach and mentor them, lead productive sales, monitor sales progress, set goals, and maintain a positive customer-experience culture. The role requires at least two years of consumer-facing customer service experience, strong coaching and communication skills, retail scheduling availability, and computer proficiency. Compensation is $80,000–$85,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
