Description
Spectrum is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead and develop a sales team, build customer relationships, coach representatives, and help the store meet operational and performance goals. The role requires 3–5 years of sales and customer service experience, retail-store experience, technology comfort, intermediate software skills, and flexibility to support store hours. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and telecommunications or wireless experience are preferred. The position offers a base salary of $62,900 to $104,800 plus commission earnings starting at $12,100.
