Spectrum is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead a retail team, drive sales and operational performance, manage customer relationships and escalations, maintain brand and inventory standards, support employee development and scheduling, and enforce company policies. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, retail management and sales or customer-service experience, strong leadership and technology skills, and availability for seven-day store hours. Compensation is a base salary of $69,000 to $136,600 plus a commission earnings target starting at $13,200.
