The Retail Store Manager will lead UNTUCKit’s Paramus store by driving sales, developing client relationships, recruiting and coaching a high-performing team, managing operations and budgets, and maintaining inventory and brand standards. The role requires a full-time schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a 40-hour, five-day expectation and an annual pay range of $70,000 to $75,000.
