Gusti Leder Stores GmbH is hiring a Retail Store Manager (m/f/d) to join its stores immediately in Halle (Saale) on a full-time or part-time basis of 30–40 hours per week. The role leads and develops the store team, advises customers, creates schedules, manages daily operations, maintains product presentation, monitors sales, and develops sales initiatives. Candidates should have prior leadership experience, good German skills, and willingness to work Saturdays occasionally; retail training or experience is helpful but not required. Compensation is up to €38,000 per year including overtime, with sales commissions, bonuses, and an employee discount.
