Description
The Sport Shop Supervisor directly supervises the Dodge Ridge Sport Shop and supports the Retail Manager in maintaining a well-organized, efficient, and guest-friendly retail and repair operation. The role oversees staffing, training, cash handling, POS and inventory procedures, security, opening and closing duties, merchandising, and compliance with labor and resort policies. It requires two to three years of prior retail supervisory experience, cash handling, POS, inventory maintenance, and loss prevention experience, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to work in variable ski-season conditions.
