SSA Group, LLC is hiring a Retail Supervisor to lead retail floor operations across its cultural-attraction locations. The role supervises, coaches, and develops staff; oversees guest service, merchandising, inventory control, cash handling, cleanliness, labor scheduling, complaints and refunds; and supports sales goals, sustainability, inclusion, and community initiatives. Candidates should have strong communication, leadership, organization, flexibility, and POS skills, plus a retail background and the ability to perform physical shop-floor duties and work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
