SSA Group is hiring a Retail Supervisor to lead retail store operations at cultural attraction locations. The role supervises and develops staff, oversees floor activity, inventory, cash handling, merchandising, cleanliness, guest service, labor compliance, sales goals, and complaint resolution while supporting sustainability and community initiatives. Candidates need retail experience, leadership and communication abilities, POS knowledge, organization, flexibility, and the physical ability to stand and lift boxes. Locations are available across multiple U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
