Castore is hiring a Store Supervisor to lead and develop a customer-facing retail team, deputise for managers, and ensure the store runs smoothly across sales, customer service, stock, logistics, health and safety, and commercial performance. The role includes training new team members, coaching and mentoring staff, driving sales targets, supporting business initiatives, and planning store activities.
