Fisherman’s Market International Inc. is hiring a full-time Retail Supervisor to support daily retail store operations, including supervising and training staff, managing schedules, driving sales, handling POS and cash transactions, maintaining inventory and store records, and ensuring food safety, sanitation, and workplace compliance. The role requires retail or customer-service leadership experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced seafood retail environment. Compensation is $19.75 per hour, with a personal-sales commission program and 50/50 cost-shared medical and dental coverage.
