Retail Supervisor at NEOM Wellbeing

NEOM Wellbeing is hiring a part-time Retail Supervisor for its Regent Street flagship store on 28 hours per week. The role oversees the day-to-day running of the store, supports sales and company objectives, assists with payroll, rosters, stocktakes and reports, manages stock and deliveries, leads the team in the Store Manager’s absence, maintains store standards, supports brand events, and trains current and new team members. Candidates need at least one year of retail-supervisor experience, health and beauty industry experience, strong customer service and coaching skills, and availability for weekdays, weekends, and occasional late nights.
