RWB Thrift is hiring a Retail Supervisor to support the Retail Manager and oversee day-to-day sales-floor operations. The role supervises retail activities, coaches and develops team members, handles customer service and cashier operations, monitors inventory, reviews business reports, and helps implement sales strategies. The position pays $16.00 to $18.00 per hour and requires basic computer skills, communication ability, flexibility, and the ability to work in a busy, noisy retail environment.
