Description
The Retail Supervisor at RWB Thrift supports the Retail Manager and oversees day-to-day sales-floor operations, including team coaching, customer service, inventory, cashier operations, merchandising, and sales-target achievement. The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, flexibility in a busy retail environment, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; English and Spanish proficiency are preferred, while prior thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing experience is also preferred but not required. The pay range is $17.16 to $19.00 per hour.
