RWB Thrift is hiring a Retail Supervisor to support the Retail Manager and oversee day-to-day sales-floor operations. The role supervises retail activities, coaches and develops team members, manages inventory and cashier operations, handles customer inquiries, and helps implement sales strategies. The position pays $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, requires physical stamina and basic computer skills, and prefers English-Spanish proficiency, a high school diploma or GED, and prior thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing experience.
