Description
The Retail Supervisor at RWB Thrift supports the Retail Manager and oversees day-to-day sales-floor operations, including team coaching, customer service, inventory, cashier operations, merchandising, and sales-target achievement. The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a busy, noisy retail environment; English and Spanish proficiency are preferred, and previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required. The pay range is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.
