Description
The Retail Supervisor leads retail floor teams, coaches and develops staff, manages inventory and cash procedures, resolves guest complaints, maintains a safe and organized work environment, and helps achieve sales and operational goals. The role requires strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, POS knowledge, physical ability to handle boxes, and availability for varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. One to two years of retail-supervisor experience is a plus, while three to five years of retail background and any education background are eligible.
