Description
The Retail Supervisor-Events manages and supervises event execution in a retail store, including recruiting, training, auditing, coaching, and motivating Event Specialists. The role oversees event quality, food safety, expense metrics, equipment and demo-kitchen maintenance, and coordination with store management, field support, recruiting, and client services. It requires an associate degree or technical diploma, one to two years of related experience or training, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and a National Registry of Food and Safety certification within 30 days of employment. The position pays $50,000 per year and may require local travel.
