Description
The Retail Supervisor will supervise, motivate, and coordinate daily retail-store operations at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. The role leads Sales Associates toward sales and dollar-spent goals, trains staff on products and merchandising, manages schedules and labor projections, monitors inventory and product performance, supports recruiting and performance evaluations, and assists with budget preparation and seasonal inventory planning. The position requires standing, walking, handling merchandise, communicating with customers and staff, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
