Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers is hiring a full-time Retail Team Lead for its Opelika retail store. The role supervises and develops store team members, oversees cash and financial assets, supports customer service and sales-floor operations, assists with hiring and onboarding, and helps meet store goals. The position averages 32–40 hours per week, requires availability for any Monday–Sunday shifts, and requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of supervisory experience, retail or customer-service experience, cash-handling experience, and basic math and computer skills.
