Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers is hiring a full-time Retail Team Lead for its Newnan retail store. The role provides general oversight of store operations and workflows, supervises and delegates to team members, supports training and hiring, manages cash and financial assets, maintains safety and loss-prevention standards, and helps meet retail goals. The position averages 32–40 hours per week, may require shifts Monday through Sunday, and requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of supervisory experience or on-the-job training, retail or customer-service experience, cash-handling experience, and basic math and computer skills. Warehouse experience is preferred, and the role includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match.
