Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers is hiring a full-time Retail Team Lead for its Douglas, Georgia store. The role supports store managers with retail operations, supervises and develops team members, assists with training and hiring, manages cash and pricing, supports customer service, and helps maintain safety and loss-prevention standards.
