Jazz is hiring a Retailer Support Operator to support retailers during Dimo Financing onboarding, post-sales support, financing issue resolution, and process improvement. The role requires high school education, inbound customer service and WhatsApp support experience, clear written communication, typing ability, and availability for a Monday-through-Saturday 6x1 schedule.
