Description
The WIOA Follow-Up Specialist maintains monthly contact with customers for up to 12 months after program completion, monitors employment and educational progress, follows up with training providers and employers, identifies advancement opportunities, documents outcomes in WorkInTexas, and prepares reports for leadership and external stakeholders. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of workforce programs, computer-navigation skills, and strong communication abilities; an associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
