Mercer is hiring a Retirement Actuarial Analyst in Calgary for a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office. The role involves calculating individual benefits, interpreting plan documents and legislation, preparing regulatory forms, reconciling trust assets, supporting funding and accounting actuarial valuations, preparing reports and client presentations, and supporting senior team members. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong technical aptitude, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and preferably pension or actuarial experience and Society of Actuaries exam knowledge.
