Description
The role serves as the primary contact for a block of business, managing client satisfaction, compliance testing, Form 5500 preparation, asset reconciliation, employer-contribution allocations, required minimum distributions, and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders. It also handles compliance, tax-reporting, audit, contract-repricing, and IRS-related inquiries; supports plan-sponsor communications; promotes client retention; collaborates with internal partners; resolves complex issues; and attends client meetings. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of retirement-plan administration and compliance experience, knowledge of relevant laws and standards, technology and Microsoft Office proficiency, leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel as necessary.
