Empower is hiring a Retirement Plan Counselor to deliver on-site and virtual education and enrollment presentations for defined contribution retirement plan participants, with a focus on driving participant actions such as enrollment, deferral increases, and rollovers. The role requires strong presentation and relationship-building skills, 2–4 years of relevant financial services experience, fluency in Spanish, and residence in the Bay Area.
