Description

Human Interest is hiring a 401(k) Onboarding Specialist to support the setup and launch of new client 401(k) plans. The role involves communicating with customers, educating them about retirement-plan options, meeting activation targets, managing client timelines and objections, following onboarding workflows, resolving escalations, and improving processes. Candidates need retirement-plan design knowledge, at least three years of customer implementation or sales experience in a SaaS or retirement-industry environment, strong client communication and organizational skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position offers a base salary of $63,000 to $65,000 plus a $30,000 variable target, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
