TRAC Tire Services is hiring Retread Techs for a first-shift rotating schedule in its Florence, Kentucky plant. The role performs the full commercial tire retreading process, including tire inspection, buffing, new-tread application, curing, and final inspection, while maintaining equipment, meeting production metrics, keeping logs, and following safety procedures. The position pays up to $21.75 per hour, requires physical lifting and repetitive motion, and requires applicants to be at least 18 years old and pass drug screening and a criminal background check.
