TRAC Tire Services is hiring a third-shift Retread Technician to operate machinery and perform the full commercial tire retreading process in its Florence, Kentucky plant. The role includes inspecting tires, buffing off old tread, applying new tread, curing, and conducting final inspections, along with quality control, equipment maintenance, logging, and teamwork. The schedule is 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM on a four-ten-night schedule from Monday through Friday, with pay of up to $24.30 per hour. The position requires physical ability to lift and push heavy tires, work in a non-climate-controlled environment, pass drug screening and a criminal background check, and be at least 18 years old.
