Description
The Retreat Nursing Home is hiring a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse for night shifts to provide and coordinate direct nursing care for residents in a 55-bed skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, completing assessments and documentation, implementing care plans, communicating with providers and families, supervising CNAs, responding to emergencies, and supporting admissions, transfers, and discharges. The role requires a current Georgia LPN license in good standing, strong clinical judgment, communication skills, dependability, and a commitment to compassionate resident-centered care; long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
