Morgan Stanley is seeking an Associate/Director, P3, Internal Operations & Quality Control, Talent Enablement for its New York Return to Work program. The role focuses on developing and executing communication and employee engagement initiatives, managing digital platforms and editorial calendars, coordinating roundtables and recognition activities, and using data and AI tools to improve communication effectiveness. Candidates should have strong writing, digital communications, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills, with 2–6 years of communications experience generally expected. The program runs for approximately 16 weeks from January 18, 2027 through May 7, 2027, with an expected base pay rate of $28.85 per hour.
