Description
The Return-to-Work Coordinator processes and coordinates return-to-work administration for injured employees, from notification of eligibility through release to full duty. The role analyzes medical work restrictions, develops return-to-work metrics, serves as a university liaison on workers’ compensation and eligibility matters, supports employees and departments, ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and improves return-to-work processes. It is currently a temporary opportunity with potential to become full-time, with an hourly rate of $32.39–$36.52.
