Description
The Returns Department Associate will receive, inspect, match, record, and process customer returns; prepare items for resale; and support inventory counts and general warehouse work. The role requires a careful, reliable, and structured approach, computer skills, physical stamina, teamwork, and willingness to work alternating weekends. Initial experience in warehousing, logistics, returns processing, or e-commerce is advantageous but not required, and career changers are welcome.
