DÔEN is hiring an onsite Returns Processor in Vernon, California, to process inbound customer and store returns, refunds, replacements, and damaged items through systems including Loop, Global-E, Netsuite, Shopify, and WMS. The role includes quality control, inventory organization, data entry, damage transfer, and coordination with warehouse, quality control, and operations teams. It pays $21 per hour, runs Monday through Friday with some required Saturdays, and requires 1–2 years of customer service and warehouse experience.
