5.11 is hiring a Returns Supervisor to lead the day-to-day returns operation in its Distribution Center. The role oversees receiving, processing, disposition, put-away, inventory accuracy, staffing, safety, and quality standards for returned product, while supervising and coaching team members. Candidates need at least three years of warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or similar operational experience, one year of lead or supervisory experience, and experience with shipping, receiving, returns, inventory control, material handling equipment, and warehouse systems. The position pays $72,000-$75,000 annually plus a bonus based on experience and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
