Description
Rokt is hiring a Revenue and Billing Operations Lead based in its New York office to lead the Billing Assurance and Support function. Reporting to the VP of Finance and Transformation, the role oversees operational processes, SOX controls, external auditor liaison activities, process documentation, and the development of AI-first automation and scalable financial systems. The lead will build and manage a high-performing team, partner with GTM, RPD, Legal, and Accounting, and support revenue growth and cash efficiency. The role requires at least eight years of operational accounting experience, at least four years of progressive leadership experience, and knowledge of financial systems, controls, and emerging technologies. Compensation is $174,000–$188,000 in fixed annual salary plus equity and benefits, with a target total compensation range of $213,000–$227,000.
