Microsoft is hiring a Revenue Close Analytics Lead, also described as a Senior Finance Manager, to lead the transformation of MCAPS revenue close processes and reporting. The role analyzes monthly close results, market share, deal insights, and commercial performance; uses AI and automation to improve reporting and finance processes; prepares weekly and monthly senior leadership flash reports; and partners with business, regional, corporate, and engineering finance teams. The position requires a relevant master's or bachelor's degree plus the specified years of financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance experience, and offers a U.S. base pay range of USD $97,600 to $188,400 per year, with higher ranges in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
