Description
The Revenue Cycle Manager oversees end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including claims submission, payment posting, denial management, collections, billing, audits, compliance, and financial recovery. The role manages hourly RCM staff, maintains RCM systems and electronic medical record integrations, coordinates staffing and training, and partners with finance, compliance, and other departments. It requires a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field, 3–5 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, and at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
