Description
Rocky Mountain Laboratories is hiring a full-time, W2 Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the end-to-end laboratory revenue cycle for molecular diagnostics, toxicology, and other clinical laboratory services. The remote role manages approximately 40 billing team members, oversees coding, claims, denials, reimbursement, financial reporting, compliance, and revenue-cycle automation, and collaborates with laboratory operations, finance, and IT. The position requires at least three years of full revenue-cycle ownership, clinical laboratory billing experience, AdvancedMD experience, coding knowledge, and billing-team supervision experience. Compensation is $90,000–$130,000 annually, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
