Description
The Revenue Cycle Supervisor oversees revenue cycle functions at UC Health, including coding, billing, claims management, insurance follow-up, customer service, cash posting, self-pay, financial counseling, pre-certification, and patient access. The role leads direct reports, handles hiring and disciplinary decisions, implements departmental policies, performs quality audits and annual evaluations, mentors staff, and coordinates projects and vendor relationships. An associate's degree in a relevant field is required, a bachelor's degree is preferred, and three to five years of relevant experience is required; prior leadership experience is preferred.
